Breakfast Meetings

Breakfast meetings are held between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m., on the first Thursday and third Tuesday of each month. We discuss various topics that are of interest to entrepreneurs and self-employed workers, and also have the opportunity to exchange resources and professional services.

Lunch Conferences

Lunch conferences are held either in French or in English, between noon and 2:00 p.m., approximately every two months. The wide range of conference topics is aimed at developing our business knowledge in an informal and pleasant atmosphere.

Networking cocktails

Networking cocktails are held every three months, between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m.
