Membership runs from January 1 until December 31 each year. Renewal form and payments are due by January 15.

To renew your membership and pay your yearly fees, use the following form:

• Renewal Form in Excel format (recommended),
• or Renewal Form in PDF format (if you don't have Excel)

NB: Please note that entrepreneurs in the start-up phase of their business do not pay fees until December 31 of their first year of operations. All other entrepreneurs should consult the membership form to determine the amount of their fees (maximum $24).

Technical details

• The PDF version should be used only if you do not have Excel. You should then print the document and fill it in (please print). Please send the form along with your business card to avoid any transcription errors.
• If you have Excel, we recommend the following:
• - complete the corresponding membership form above in that format
• - save a copy of the completed file, and send it via email to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  to confirm your renewal
  - print a copy and mail us your cheque + reply-coupon by January 15, 2010.
